House Rules
- Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Early check-in available on request, subject to availability.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 2:00 PM is $25 (USD or sats).
- Surfboards and resort equipment must be rinsed after each use at the provided fresh-water station.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in all accommodation areas.
- Outside food and beverage in common areas is welcome. Outside alcohol in rooms is not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Damage to equipment or accommodations will be billed at replacement cost.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable.
