At Las Olas, every day is an opportunity to try something new. Whether you are chasing waves at dawn, sitting in a beachside yoga flow, hiking to a volcanic crater, or simply relaxing in a hammock with a fresh coconut, there is no wrong way to spend a day in El Zonte.
Surf Lessons & Clinics
El Zonte's beach break produces consistent, powerful waves year-round, making it one of the best learning environments in Central America. Our certified instructors work with all skill levels, from first-timers standing on a board for the first time to experienced surfers looking to sharpen their technique on bigger sets.
All lessons include board, leash, rash guard, and one-on-one coaching in the water. Video analysis sessions are available on request so you can watch your own surfing and see exactly what to improve.

Yoga & Wellness
Every morning at 6:30 AM, we hold a complimentary sunrise yoga session on our beachfront deck. Classes are guided by our resident instructor and are appropriate for all experience levels. Each session focuses on the breath, mobility, and the kind of deep stretch that your body craves after a day in the water.
In addition to the morning class, private yoga sessions, breathwork workshops, and therapeutic massage are available by appointment. Our evening stretching class at 5:00 PM is specifically designed for surfers to address hips, shoulders, and lower back.
Excursions
El Salvador packs an incredible amount of natural and cultural beauty into a small country. Our guided excursions take you beyond the beach to experience all of it. Options include:
- Santa Ana Volcano hike — summit a 2,380 m active volcano
- Mayan ruins at Joya de Cerén — UNESCO World Heritage Site
- Coffee farm tour in the highlands of Apaneca
- Sport fishing on the Pacific — half or full day
- Kayaking and waterfall tour at Rio El Imposible
- Day trip to Suchitoto, El Salvador's colonial gem
Excursions depart from the resort and include transport, guide, and water. Advance booking recommended.
Breakfast & Dining
Every morning, guests are treated to a complimentary farm-to-table breakfast served on our open-air terrace. The menu changes daily and features local tropical fruits, Salvadoran pupusas, eggs from nearby farms, freshly baked pan dulce, and single-origin Salvadoran coffee from the highlands of Santa Ana.
Throughout the day, our poolside bar serves fresh fruit juices, smoothies, licuados, and local craft beers. Dinner service begins at 6:00 PM with a rotating menu of Pacific seafood and traditional Salvadoran dishes. All food and drink can be purchased with Bitcoin Lightning.

How to Book an Experience

- Select your preferred package and date from the availability calendar we will send you.
- Confirm your booking with a 25% deposit (USD or Bitcoin Lightning accepted).
- Receive a confirmation email with meeting point, what to bring, and weather guidance.
- Show up ready to go — we take care of everything else.
